Law Enforcement
RIFLE RANGE 1 AND THE RANGE 5 PISTOL/RIFLE BAY MAY BE CLOSED TO RCWA MEMBERS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING FROM TIME TO TIME. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE RANGE FACILITIES WHEN THEY ARE IN USE BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Due to training requirements, law enforcement officers are often required to move forward of the firing line and fire their weapons. This clearly violates the RCWA range rules so the RCWA Board of Directors have made a special allowances to accommodate the law enforcement training requirements. For the safety of the RCWA members and the law enforcement officers, range facilities used for law enforcement training will be closed to RCWA members during this training Signs are clearly posted at Rifle Range 1 and Range 5 indicating they are closed during these training sessions.
The following are the current 2026 approved law enforcement training sessions:
